Technical Program & Analytics Portfolio

I build measurable systems for ambiguous operational problems.

I build analytics systems, repeatable technical workflows, and developer tools that turn ambiguous operational problems into reliable decisions and software.

Currently seeking full-time remote roles in technical program management, business intelligence, data analysis, and technical operations.

About / positioning

Program delivery grounded in operational detail.

I am a Data Analyst and technical project lead based in Olympia, Washington. At Iron Tree Service, I progressed from customer operations into an official Data Analyst role in May 2025 after expanding my responsibilities into reporting, systems analysis, workflow design, and technical delivery.

My work combines stakeholder discovery, requirements definition, program metrics, business intelligence, data-quality controls, access governance, automated testing, and AI-assisted software development. I also founded Ulana Studios, where I manage pre-release software and game projects through GitHub.

Interview-defensible tools

Tools I use in the work shown here.

I keep the stack practical: the tools below are the ones I can discuss in terms of purpose, tradeoffs, implementation, and validation.

Apache SupersetPower BIExcelAccessArboStarCloudflare AccessGitHubOpenAI CodexModel Context Protocol

I do not list platforms I cannot explain from hands-on work.

137Qualified deals reconciled
30Metrics across two systems
$57KPreviously untracked value identified
2 hrsWeekly manual work replaced

Selected case studies

I turn operational uncertainty into decisions, controls, and shipped systems.

02 / AUDITABLE DATA REFRESH & QUALITY CONTROL

I made recurring reporting refreshes traceable and safer to trust.

Operational reporting depended on recurring ArboStar refreshes that could include duplicate imported estimates, incomplete values, and mismatches between source data and reporting marts.

My role

I defined the refresh sequence, reconciliation rules, failure handling, evidence retention, and automated validation criteria.

What I delivered

  • Duplicate-import sanitization
  • Mart-total reconciliation
  • Backups and processing receipts
  • Retry handling for transient failures

Outcome

I created a refresh process that was traceable, repeatable, and easier to validate before business users relied on the reporting output.

03 / BACKLOG & SCHEDULING APPLICATION

I led requirements and delivery for a workflow the existing systems could not provide.

A regional tree-service operation needed weekly backlog tracking, historical trend reporting, capacity forecasting, and scheduling workflows that its existing systems could not provide.

My role

I mapped the workflow, defined requirements and acceptance criteria, planned milestones, directed implementation, and validated the resulting application.

What I delivered

  • Authenticated production web application
  • Automated weekly snapshots and historical backlog reporting
  • Scheduling interface tailored to crew structure
  • Workflow-specific operational views

Measured result

I replaced approximately two hours of manual spreadsheet work per week and created a more reliable historical record for planning.

04A / ENGRAM

I lead product and program direction for a local-first Memory OS.

Engram is an original local-first Memory OS for AI agents. It provides durable memory, cited retrieval, reviewed source intake, document evidence workflows, graph evidence, and local runtime inspection through the Model Context Protocol.

I own requirements, architecture direction, milestone planning, privacy model, acceptance criteria, documentation, testing, and release preparation.

04B / UEMCP

I extend and harden an open-source Unreal Engine MCP integration.

UEMCP is an extension and hardening effort built on an existing open-source Unreal Engine MCP integration. My work focuses on tool-surface safety, testing, workflow improvements, documentation, and cross-platform operational reliability.

I preserve upstream attribution and distinguish original work from the extension and hardening work I lead.

Let's talk

I am looking for a team where I can connect technical delivery and operational judgment.

I am seeking a full-time remote role where I can combine technical program delivery, analytics, operational judgment, and hands-on developer-tooling experience.
